Lately I’ve been making this in the mornings to take to work. Super quick and easy, and it’s so delicious! Sometimes I modify, but here’s the base.
Recipe
1 Cup Milk (I use non-dairy)
1 Cup Water
1 Banana
1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
1 or 2 drops Vanilla Extract
Drizzle of Honey
Cinnamon Powder
Fling everything in a blender, along with a few ice cubes. Blend, modify if needed, enjoy!
